Casa Tia Marie

Casa Tia Marie sits on a residential street in Sandy Bay, where the neighbours are islanders rather than holidaymakers. It is the whole townhouse to yourself: air conditioning throughout, a proper kitchen, and a front patio with outdoor seating. There is private parking for one car and a laundry area.

What makes it work for divers is the walk. You are close enough to make an early boat without a taxi, and close enough to drop your gear back at the house between dives. The nearest beach and snorkel entry is about seven minutes on foot.

Because it is a real neighbourhood, there is everyday activity during the day — a supermarket, a fruit and vegetable market, comedores and coffee shops all within walking distance. The bus between Coxen Hole and West End passes a few steps from the door every ten minutes or so.
