Turtle Casa

Turtle Casa is a beachfront house on East Sandy Bay Beach Road split into three self-contained floors. Take one floor, two floors, or the whole building — which is what makes it the easiest property on this list for a group that has not finalised its numbers.

The Beach Suite is the ground floor and the most affordable. The Gaming Suite is the middle floor, with the pool table, the electronic dart board and the big deck. The Penthouse is the top floor and the most comfortable, with the long views. Between them the house has hammocks, several places to eat, kayaks, books and games.

The dock is shared with two other homes and dive boats can be hired to collect you from it, which for a group with a lot of gear is worth more than it sounds.
